Perceptions of the Roles of Elementary Principals in a School District During Desegregation Order (1994--2002): A Case Study
Abstract
dc:descriptionAnalysis of implementation activities in the desegregation case indicated the need for more equitable and appropriate strategies for aligning desegregation policies with the educational needs of students involved. Findings of this case study will assist in preparing elementary principals who serve under desegregation orders.
