Exploring the mentor-mentee relationship through the lens of at-risk teens participating in an afterschool program, ‘The Mentee’s Perspective’

Mentoring is a readily used intervention for at-risk youth and because of its prevalence and consensus of being viewed as a positive solution for curtailing high dropout rates, crime and violence it is important to understand how the mentee views and comes to understand the dyadic relationship of mentoring.
