Discussed are the study findings and their implications for social work practice. The findings indicating the positive effects of caregivers' expectations and involvement call attention to the importance of caregivers' role in children's education. In addition, the findings highlighted the affectionate relationship between substitute caregivers and children as a major factor influencing children's education.
