A Structural and Functional Analysis of the Human Angiotensin II Type-2 Receptor

In the third series of experiments we used synthetic peptides derived from the amino acid sequence of the cytoplasmic loops and tail of the AT 2 receptor are used to determine what regions are important to G-protein activation. These studies will map the G-protein coupling regions of the human AT2 receptor and develop a wider understanding of AT2 receptor/G-protein interactions.
