Collective Efficacy as a Predictor of Group Performance: The Roles of Group Task and Member KSAs
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe results of this study indicate that performance possibility beliefs may be at least in part determined by members' perceptions of the skills present in their group. Limitations of the study are discussed, and possible avenues for future research are outlined.
