The Use of Mass Spectrometry for the Analysis of Biological Samples From Macro- and Microorganisms
Abstract
dc:descriptionMALDIMS was also used to analyze a potential CE sample, the egg layer hormone (ELH) of Aplysia. Various membranes were used as substrates for the analysis in addition to the stainless steel target. An excellent detection limit of 500 fmol was obtained using hydrophobic membranes.
