Developing a Plant-Based Vaccine Against the Respiratory Syncytial Virus (Rsv)

Abstract

dc:description

The progression towards fruit-ripening is a highly coordinated process. Fruit softening is the result of polygalacturonase (PG) enzyme activation. The fruit-ripening promoter and the terminator regions from PG were sequenced. BLASTn analysis reveals sequence homology to genes involved in ethylene production, pigment synthesis, and transcriptional control.
