A Study of the Programmatic Costs Associated With Educating K--12 Public School Students in Illinois and Their Student Achievement as Measured by the IGAP Standardized Test Scores
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe programmatic costs associated with educating public K--12 students are an important predictor of student achievement, even when considered within the context of demographic variables. Frequently these programmatic cost variables were the second most significant predictors identified, following only low income as the most significant (negative) predictor of student achievement.
