dc:descriptionIn spite of demands for employee education and training relevant to business requirements, no available research literature concerned the use of planning and control or management control systems in private sector training. A planning and control or management control system for training is an organized, systematic structure and process which is used to ensure that training efforts are consistent with organizational strategies.
