The effects of computer-based instruction on achievement of four, five and six-year-old children in the Yamaha Music Education System Primary One Course
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using computer-based instruction (CBI) with four, five, and six year old children. The study focused specifically on children's achievement of pitch, rhythm, and keyboard orientation in the Yamaha Music Education System (YMES) Primary One Course. This study was the first attempt to augment the YMES curriculum with computer-based instruction.
