Temperature effects on reinforced concrete building structures in Saudi Arabia

Abstract

dc:description

The effects of temperature distributions resulting from ambient conditions on reinforced concrete roofs in Saudi Arabia are investigated. A finite element program (ABAQUS) was used to determine the temperature distributions under different weather conditions. The model was verified by means of comparisons between predicted and some available experimental information.
