dc:descriptionWe have used light scattering techniques to probe the vibrational properties of GaAs/AlAs superlattices and the dynamics of electrons in GaAs/Al$\sb{\rm x}$Ga$\sb{\rm 1-x}$As multiple quantum well structures.
