Implementing strategy using the Kotter 8-Step change process : a case study in a large consultancy firm in Iceland

dc:description.abstractThis study examines the process of implementing a strategy with the 8-step Kotter process at a large consultancy firm in Iceland. The focus of the study is to evaluate the factors that have been successful in the process and what factors could be better. A qualitative case study was conducted to observe how the 8-step Kotter process was used to implement a strategy. The aim is to gain a better understanding of the process of implementing strategy and what benefits come with using the 8-step Kotter process. At the same time, the study is intended to increase understanding of the 8-step Kotter process and implementation of strategy at large consultancy firms.
