ESTUDOS VISANDO A SÍNTESE DE DIAMINAS DERIVADAS DE PINENOS COM POTENCIAIS ATIVIDADES NOS RECEPTORES NICOTÍNICOS DO SISTEMA NERVOSO CENTRAL

In this work are described the attempts of generating stereoselective syntheses of the 1,2,3-triazolic and piridine amines Ia,b-IVa,b, which constitutes in new analogous of the nicotine with potential activities as agonists of the nicotinic receptors. All the substances aimed are nicotinic analogous and the parameter of distance between the nitrogens sp2 and sp3 of these molecules was evaluated by molecular modeling in way half-empiricist AM1 method. The ketones 2a,b had been prepared from (+)-nopinone in a synthetic sequence starting the aldol condensation reaction with aldehydes 6 and 7, followed by a stereoselective reduction to the corresponding ketones 1a,b. Later some unfruitful attempts of reductive amination had been carried through. So it had been produced the oximes 4a,b and 3a for latter attempts of reduction to obtain the amino compounds IIa,b and IVa that had shown unproductive and it will be better studied in the next future..
