Fabrication and evaluation of inorganic-organic composites for bone tissue engineering /
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe original idea of the work described in this dissertation was to develop new biomimetic hybrid biomaterials that could be used in innovative smart and personalized medical fields, especially in the field of bone tissue engineering. These activities are important for bioactive, bioresorbable and intelligent biomaterials that can substantially activate, promote and support biological processes that ensure tissue regeneration. There is a particular need for stimulant-responsive, biocompatible materials that can be applied more effectively and individually in medicine. The aim of this work is to develop multifunctional inorganic (bioceramic) -organic (polymeric) composites as potential substitutes for bone tissue.
