Manufacturing monitoring system for tool status

Abstract

dc:description

Manufacturing monitoring increases in importance at a level and rate that corresponds to the amount that diversity and uncertainty in the manufacturing method increases. This paper presents the design of a wireless manufacturing monitoring system for tool status. The sensor collects information on the position of the tool and sends it to the processor. The information is saved on a SD card and packaged as a file which will be sent through a wireless connection to the end device. The system can successfully complete the task of manufacturing monitoring and the data transmission time changes with the package size. The transmission is more stable when the package size is large, and the system is able to send every package of 5000 lines of data in 0.05 seconds.
