Abstract
dc:descriptionConclusions focus on the strong interrelationships between self-directed learning readiness and emotional intelligence. Finally, the study also found that providing students with self-directed experiences increased their ability to become stronger self-directed learners. This topic merits further investigation on the interrelationship of emotional intelligence and self-directed learners in the development of leaders.
