The Relationship Among Trust, Mentoring Functions Received and Work Attitudes in a Korean Corporation
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe findings of this study provide empirical evidence that mentoring functions received by proteges in formal mentoring significantly influenced proteges' trust in their mentors and their work attitudes. In particular, the role-modeling function and cognition-based trust were highlighted in the current study. Recommendations for HRD practitioners and HRD researchers were included and future research directions were also discussed.
