Chain Conditions on Subnormal Subgroups

Abstract

dc:description

The study of chain conditions has been important in all branches of algebra for some time. Recently, chain conditions have been used in group theory to classify groups possessing certain properties with respect to chains of normal subgroups. We show hold when the scope is broadened to include subnormal subgroups.
