TRINIDY: Transport of Ions and Neutrons in Dynamic Materials
Abstract
dc:descriptionThis work is comprised of essentially three sections. First, there is a detailed technical description of the science behind TRINIDY. Secondly there will be a complete write-up of the validation and verification work done during the development of TRINIDY. Lastly, a series of practical demonstration of particular interest to the semi-conductor industry are presented to exemplify the use of TRINIDY within the realm of applied materials research.
