Recommendations included encouraging both groups to initiate collaborative ventures, take time initially discussing the nature of the relationships, and to publish their experiences. Recommendations for college faculty included making an effort to involve members of the high school group in college level activities such as co-teaching and to work to be perceived as ensemble conductors as well as methods faculty.
