Wavelength-Resolved Fluorescence Detection in Capillary Electrophoresis: Application to Single -Cell Analysis of Monoamine Neurotransmitters
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe wavelength-resolved CE-LINF has found application to other small-volume mass-limited samples in complex matrices, such as clinical and environmental samples. The emerging advances in hardware, such as the availability of inexpensive and rugged deep ultraviolet metal vapor lasers, promise to greatly expand the application of LINF detection in CE.
