Reexamining the Creative Artistic Ability of Children With Autism
Abstract
dc:descriptionThis study also suggests that in order to understand the creative artistic expression of children with autism, it is important to know the children as whole beings. Only by truly knowing each individual child with autism is it possible to design an appropriate art lesson tailored to the child's unique learning style and needs to develop his/her innate creative potential. Additionally, fostering each child's latent creative artistic ability with well-planned art lessons may mitigate their symptoms of autism.
