Perfect Reconstruction of Digital Transmission Through Channels With Bounded Additive Noise

Finally, our framework is extended to capture time-varying transmission dynamics. This case includes linear time-varying preprocessing of the data that does not increase the power of the transmitted signal. We present necessary and sufficient conditions for perfect reconstructability and formulate a framework for the synthesis of an optimal preprocessor.
