Reduction of Dynamic Nonlinear Models of Magnetic Devices
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe ultimate goal of the FEM-MOR technique is to provide a pure mathematical method without introducing any heuristic approximation in modeling the magnetic devices, and the technique results in easy-to-simulate, physics-based models. The mathematical framework for FEM-MOR is set up in the context of the analysis of the magnetic devices. This work provides a foundation for modeling more complicated magnetic devices, such as multiphase coupled inductors, actuators, and machines.
