The Efficacy of the Social Work Model of Supervision for Education
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe teachers in this study were unanimous in their support for the social work model of supervision as they found it to be both helpful and satisfying. A number of specific changes in their teaching was credited to the experience. In the final chapter, recommendations for implementation are set forth as well as the need for further research.
