The Role of Mentoring for African-American Female Administrators
Abstract
dc:descriptionThis study provided recommendations for future educational programs and policies. It also added to the body of research on mentoring for African Americans. It can be concluded that mentoring is especially important for career advancement and particularly essential for African-American females striving for administrative careers.
