Compliance of Illinois School Lunch Menus With the Dietary Guidelines for Americans: A Needs Assessment
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe results of this study indicate that school food service directors are trying to comply with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and are fairly knowledgeable about the guidelines. However, more personalized nutrition education focused on the specific needs of each director is warranted.
