The Impact of Professional Development on Teacher Performance and Student Achievement
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe results of the study suggested that the professional development program did impact teacher performance and student achievement. The findings generated from this study can be used to focus attention on the importance of the development and design of professional development programs and to support the notion that professional development can impact teacher performance and student achievement.
