Expanding the Number of Indicators Used to Identify Effective Schools

In the future, the information from this study can serve as a basis for decision making in terms of an evaluation of the success of school reform, providing information related to school improvement strategies, developing programs to improve educational weaknesses and generating data to support change. Allowing schools to select from a broad menu of successful support strategies will not only serve as a catalyst for change but also provide schools with realistic models which can be replicated (Lunenburg & Orenstein, 1991).
