Spanish Language of Heritage: A Study of the Extent of Its Development at a Chicago Public School
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe Spanish Heritage Language Program has undergone drastic reduction of students and teachers by 60% of the class size and number of teachers in the program. The changes that Chicago Public Schools allowed at Benito Juarez Community Academy's Spanish Heritage Language Program will make it difficult for the program's success to be reproduced with students in the Spanish language program.
