The Relationship Between Computer Attitudes, Usability, and Transfer of Training in E -Learning Settings

The results imply that when learners come to an E-learning class with more positive attitudes toward computers, they feel the E-learning course system to be more satisfactory, efficient, and learnable, and accordingly they can better transfer what they have learned from the course to the job performance. Consequently, this study suggests that pre-training intervention may be suggested for people who are not familiar with and are hesitant of using computers in E-learning settings and also E-learning courses need to be developed by following usability heuristics in order to enhance learners' transfer of training in E-learning settings.
