dc:descriptionThreonine biosynthesis in Escherichia coli K-12 was proposed to be regulated by an attenuation mechanism. A genetic and biochemical analysis was performed to provide more evidence that attenuation was the mechanism utilized to regulate threonine biosynthesis.
