dc:descriptionThe Sphegigasterini sensu strictu (Boucek, 1988) is defined by the possession of a basal flange on the petiole. The history of the genera belonging to the Sphegigasterini sensu strictu is reviewed. The author's intuitive classification of the genera is given.
