Abstract
dc:descriptionThe purpose of this study was to investigate the longitudinal effects of the Know Your Body (KYB) curriculum and the clinical screenings in improving health knowledge, attitude and habits of the high school students. Data were collected from 897 ninth grade students enrolled in health education classes during the spring 1981 semester in Decatur public school system in Decatur, Illinois. The study population was followed for one year after the completion of the KYB curriculum in the classroom.
