Profile of an Effective Hospice Team Member: Study of Selected Emotional, Interpersonal, and Professional Competencies

Abstract

dc:description

This study was initiated after the investigator observed that there existed in the literature a lack of consensus regarding systematic or practical assessment procedures for determining the competencies of an effective hospice team member. The purpose of this study was to determine which competencies hospice practitioners and a panel of experts would agree were requisite qualities of an effective team member.
