An Analysis of Select Psychometric Properties of the Vocational Assessment and Curriculum Guide
Abstract
dc:descriptionPsychometric properties of the Vocational Assessment and Curriculum Guide (VACG), a scale designed to measure the vocational and social skills of disabled persons interested in competitive employment, were addressed. Reliability issues including stability of measurement, internal consistency, and interobserver agreement were examined. A validation procedure was conducted to determine whether VACG domain scores discriminated between subject groups with different employment characteristics.
