The purpose of this study was to analyze the training program and utilization of training of overseas and in-country trained Philippine vocational teachers. Specific aspects of training and utilization addressed included: (a) policies on location, nature, and utilization of training and selection of trainees; (b) characteristics of trainees; (c) nature of training programs; and (d) returnees' perception of quality of and factors affecting utilization of training.
