High school worker and manager perspectives on the socialization process in the workplace of adolescents

This study examines perspectives of independent samples of 127 high school workers and 95 managers on the socialization process in the workplace characterized by youth employment. A written questionnaire and interview schedule were used to obtain their respective perceptions about the importance of responsibility in the socialization practices of managers and opinions about the involvement of managers in the development of high school workers.
