Abstract
dc:descriptionThis study contains two parts. Part one, a developmental study, produced a three-factor model of the Chinese Professional Commitment Scale (PCS). The alpha reliability coefficients for the three scales (Dedication, Valuing Teaching, and Career Continuance) and total scale are high.
