A conceptual process model for interorganizational community-based psychosocial rehabilitation of chronically mentally ill persons

A conceptual process model for psychosocial rehabilitation services was developed in response to identified need for community-based treatment for the severely mentally ill. The model that was developed through this research recommends an inclusive design that may expand or improve current theory and practice.
