An analysis of thematics, poetics, and aesthetics in Ivan Bunin's prose narratives
Abstract
dc:description"To underline significant aspects of the human condition in imaginative structures, Bunin contrives a properly suitable relationship between ""form"" and ""content"" without losing aesthetic effects. With this literary perspective, Bunin consistently attempts to pursue the most fundamental questions of human existence: the questions of freedom and necessity, body and spirit, the eternity of nature and the limited fate of human being on the earth. Throughout his literary career, Bunin endeavors to achieve this literary goal with authentic creativity."
