Abstract
dc:descriptionManufacturing technology is rapidly changing. The use of computer integrated manufacturing technologies to increase competitiveness and improve quality has proliferated. To adequately prepare the workforce of tomorrow, education must identify the technical core competencies needed by technicians entering the workforce.
