An investigation of the current source-function technique for solving problems of electromagnetic scattering
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe major contributions of this dissertation are: (a) the formulation of the CSF technique for three-dimensional electromagnetic scattering problems with time-dependent incident fields by treating all fields and currents as Schwartz distributions, (b) the demonstration of a method for finding solutions of the homogeneous finite part integral equation, and (c) the development of consistency conditions which are required for the uniqueness of the current source-function.
