Human capital implications of Russian higher education corruption
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe effects of higher education corruption on the production of human capital in Russia are examined. Other implications such as the spread of corruption to new generations are also included. This is done by means of an in-depth analysis of the phenomenon and the institutional environment surrounding it.
