Abstract
dc:description.abstract<p>PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to examine the following question: Is the level of job satisfaction experienced by elementary school principals a function of age, sex, marital status, graduate training, ethnic background, number of years of principalship experience, size Of the student body, ethnic distribution of the students, community type, or salary? </p>
