Design of manual grading and packing lines for fish processing plant

Abstract

dc:description.abstract

Design of manual grading and packing stations for shore fish processing plant. Stations will be designed based on general factory layout and customer requirements, such as production capacity and a number of product grades. Emphasis will be made on such aspects as product quality preservation, workstation ergonomics, service access, product flow/transportation from one station to another and overall practices and standards of Skaginn3x. Both stations will be manufactured and installed at the plant in the end.
