Threats to the Hegemony of the Communist Party of Vietnam

This document analyses the current threats to the stability of the Communist Party of Vietnam, using as a primary framework the theory of Gene Sharp concerning weaknesses of authoritarian regimes. The thesis concludes that the communist government faces many threats from most segments of society, including from within the party itself.
