Abstract
dc:description.abstractThe development and progression of cancer can be associated with certain hallmarks. Two among them are the altered cell metabolism (Warburg effect), and cancer cell invasion/progression mediated by post-translational modulation of cell signaling. In this thesis we have attempted to explore these two hallmarks towards understanding different avenues to arrest cancer cell growth
