The Relationship Between Brain Dominance and Attitudes Toward School Among Fifth and Sixth Grade Students

The problem of this study was to examine the relationship between brain dominance and attitudes toward school in the fifth and sixth grade students of a Central States Rural Elementary School. The study included 165 students from eight classrooms. The data were compiled from results of a questionnaire and a survey. Using several chi-square tests of independence, there was a significant relationship between brain dominance and enjoyment of Math. Brain dominance and visual imagery was determined to be approaching a significant relationship.
